Saw you last week at the USW safety Conference in Pittsburgh. Great speech, and I wanted to tell you I started listening and will give feedback as I see it. I work in paper, for Domtar. We’ve been on line with this topic, but I feel it’s not completely always as you intend it. We (Domtar) has bought into HPI, big time through Sean T can’t remember his last name guy. I like your view on pre-accident “context “ good and bad, and separating it from the accident or consequence. Going to listen to more when I can, and continued give feedback. Please ask any questions of me as you like. I am a member of the USW, and a safety leader from our local. I would love to help get us in a better place for the future. The line in our industry needs to make another trend drop. Thanks, hope I can help you hemp us. Mike Maloney
