29Mar

Safety Podcast, Safety Program, Safety Storytelling, Investigations, Human Performance, Safety Differently, Operational Excellence, Resilience Engineering, Safety and Resilience Incentives

For far too long we have managed safety by observing where we were in the journey - now we are learning that it is much more important to know where we are going.

We manage the now... We cannot manage what has already happened, because it has already happened.   We can only really live in the now - the moment.

Thanks for listening to the podcast.   I really need you to listen.  It is very lonely to do this without you.

Safety Moment - Acceptance is our Standard

1Mar

Safety Podcast, Safety Program, Safety Storytelling, Investigations, Human Performance, Safety Differently, Operational Excellence, Resilience Engineering, Safety and Resilience Incentives

We can say we have rules.

What matters is what we accept, not what we say.  What we will accept is our standard.  Peole with high-standards don't accept just any result.  Descerning what we want is fundamental to knowing what we will get.

Thanks for listening to the podcast.  You make the podcast go.  Tell your friends to subscribe and write us a review, will you?  Thanks a million!
