What a superb episode, thanks so much Todd. Having worked in the human performance sphere within aviation for many years, I was almost shouting ’Yes, exactly’ at my phone, as Prof David Woods absolutely hit the nail on the head (repeatedly) in relation to the trajectory of Safety within aviation over recent years. There has been a lot of resting on laurels and believing our own press. In many areas we are now being left behind by other industries and it’s time that, as an industry, we recognise that we’ve been standing still for too long. Thank you for a great episode!
