PAPod 215 - Friend of the Pod, Gareth Lock has an exciting new book!

It will be available to pre-order from 1 March on
https://www.thehumandiver.com and from Amazon 12 March, Kindle about a
month later.

The book contains more than 30 case studies from divers across the
world, with world-leading wreck explorers, cave divers and underwater
photographers/videographers contributing, mixed with theory to show the
relevance of non-technical skills, human factors and Just Culture to
sport diving operations and how divers can improve their performance by
applying knowledge and skills from the book.

The aim is to transfer and translate the knowledge from high-risk
domains like aviation, healthcare and oil & gas into the SCUBA diving
world to improve performance and safety and show that human error is
normal, even for those at the top of their game.
