Todd - Great Podcast! I like the challenge on the focus of Behavioral Safety and I think you are right. While BS focuses on and influences worker and individual behavior, Human Performance focuses on and influences leadership and management. They are different tools that feel similar, but work very differently. I absolutely have recognized the theme of this podcast - making, versus having bad choices. This has come up in many, many Lifesaving Rule Violation and accident investigations. Thanks!
