I worked at Chevron with Sahika and she is being incredibly humble. If you notice she is missing one letter in the alphabet, “I”. The people that work for Sahika work very hard and the ones that don’t work for her want to and I can say they are willing to do extra work for her. I have never in 22 years of safety seen such an incredible change occur in an organization. It is absolutely impossible to put into words. So I recommend that when Sahika speaks we should listen. Thanks
