I saw this article and became pretty darn interested in what these team traits could be.  I was impresed and not very surprised by the outcome - pretty much what you think you are going to see.   Here's what caught my attention - can we seek to become these things as an outcome to be achieved - or are these traits the outcome of a team that creates these traits?   Pretty much the old chicken and the egg delima, don't you think?
